Department of Civil Engineering - About the Department

           The Department of Civil Engineering was established in 2012 and has been consistently producing skilled and dynamic professionals.  The department, besides having well qualified faculties also has laboratories with modern equipment & instruments and computer laboratory. Our students are trained in modern instruments used in surveying like Total Stations, GPS, Automatic Levels etc. 
            Our goal is to impart comprehensive knowledge for the technical advancement in the field of Civil Engineering to face the challenging problems of nature at global level with leadership qualities and better practice abilities.
            The department is a gathering of meritorious students. About eight laboratories handled by respective professors are well equipped to handle practical classes and project works as per Anna University curriculum.
