About BIS – STANDARDS CLUB

The Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Club is established to develop a quality culture among the students. It imparts knowledge regarding Indian standards and their relevance in day to day life. Various programmes such as Seminars and Workshops on Quality and Standards related subjects and their role in the upliftment of quality of life and economic development, Competitions such as Quiz, Essay-writing, Debate etc. on Quality and Standards ecosystem and Competition on writing Standards are being conducted.

EDII-TN HUB - About

The Government has been promoting Entrepreneurial & Innovative ecosystems in Universities/Colleges/Polytechnics/ITIs using EDII-TN as the implementing organisation. Various entrepreneurship development programmes are planned and implemented for faculty, students and alumni of the constituent institutions.

IC & ARIIA - About

Innovation Cell is to encourage students of various disciplines of Engineering to carry out their hidden talents in developing critical thinking skills and innovative ideas with the available resources of the Institute. This cell is to promote the innovative research activities of the students to address the industrial problem statements and to develop and transform viable research ideas into prototypes.

IIIC - About

The Industry – Academic interaction plays a major role in providing Industrial exposure to the students for placement support and their career growth. The MoU with industry can minimize the gap between learning and career opportunity of students. These MoUs especially help the students in the following aspects
